RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We at Digihealth stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are [digital goods/physical goods], we generally offer no refunds.

RETURN

  1. Physical Products: If you received a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to send you a replacement. Please send us photographs of the damaged or defective merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Digital Products: Unfortunately, as is the industry standard, we do not offer refunds on digital products.

REFUND

  1. Physical Products: If you received a damaged or defective item, we will ship out a replacement (if available). If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
  2. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, please email us at support@digihealth.cloud. In your message, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Once we receive your email, we will provide further instructions.

LIMITATIONS

If you initiate a return after the 7-day period, Digihealth will not offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment. If you made your purchase through a third-party, please reach out to them directly for returns.
